Several songs of Jay Park, Nuol, and Swingz have been judged as harmful to teens.

According to Ministry of Public Administration and Security on March 5, the Commission on Youth Protection under the Ministry of Gender Equality and Famil announced that Jay Park’s new song “Enjoy The Show” and Swingz’s new songs were harmful to teens.

The reason the songs have been judged as harmful to teens is because of the lyrics. There are several slang words in the lyrics of Park’s “Enjoy The Show” and Swingz’s “Arrogant Bastard.”

Such hiphop songs as Nuol’s “I Need A Beat,” JA’s “No One Can Stop,” and OriJin & Degalo’s “G-F***” were also judged as harmful to teens because of the use of slang in their lyrics.

Many hiphop music videos were also judged as harmful to teens. Mad Soul Child’s “Breath” was criticized as being too sexual and violent, and Rihanna’s “We Found Love” was criticized for being to sexual, showing harmful drugs, and making people want to be lucky.

The albums that include songs that have been judged as harmful to teens have to mark the fact on the cover and cannot be sold to people under 18 according to the Juvenile Protection Law. If the production companies, distribution companies, and vendors don’t abide by the law, they will be fined. In addition to this, the songs cannot be aired before 10 p.m.
