RIIZE, a group under SM Entertainment, has been garnering praise from international media and climbing various overseas charts with their debut mini-album.

GRAMMY.com featured an article titled "K-Pop Group RIIZE Detail Every Track On New Compilation 'RIIZING - The 1st Mini Album,'" highlighting a video interview with RIIZE and detailing every track on the album. GRAMMY.com praised the album, stating, "It showcases RIIZE's versatility and willingness to explore various genres. Their radiant youthful energy and unique personality are evident." In response, RIIZE mentioned, "'RIIZING' encapsulates our journey and experiences as we chase our dreams. We wanted to reflect how much and in what ways we've grown since our debut."

The UK music and fashion magazine Clash also featured RIIZE, stating, "RIIZE proves to be one of the most notable K-pop groups today, showcasing diverse charm and talent with this album." Regarding the title track 'Boom Boom Bass,' Clash noted, "The members' smooth vocals singing about the power and connectivity of music perfectly create a rhythmic mood that captivates listeners and eventually makes them dance."

Buoyed by this positive reception, RIIZE's debut mini-album 'RIIZING,' released on June 17, has topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in ten regions worldwide, including Hong Kong. Additionally, on China's largest music platform QQ Music, the album has been rapidly climbing, reaching first place on the Soaring Chart, second on the Trend Peak Chart and Popularity Index Chart, and third on the New Songs Chart.
